2. A maximum of 4 books can be purchased per order. If you require more than 4 books, please make a new order to proceed or contact us at info@zolimacitymag.com.
3. We use SF-express for shipping in Hong Kong. Shipping fee is HK$35 per order for standard destinations. An additional surcharge of HK$10 is applicable to remote area deliveries. To check whether your shipping address is part of the remote areas, please check SF-Express official website for full list.
4. For international deliveries to other parts of the world, we provide the most cost-efficient options for delivery based on package weight, including SF Express and Hong Kong Post service.
5. For deliveries to Mainland China, you can choose between SF Express deliveries and Hong Kong Post (E-Express).
- SF Express deliveries: Customers are required to provide a copy of a valid identification certificate of the addressee for custom clearance purposes. Detailed instructions will be provided via email after order is received.
- Hong Kong Post (E-Express): No identification certificate is required.
6. For deliveries to Taiwan, in accordance to The Customs Administration, Ministry of Finance of Taiwan’s policies, customers are required to provide their ID card number and their real-name as stated on their identification document for custom clearance purposes. Missing information may affect delay on delivery of your package. For details, please visit the official website of The Customs Administration, Ministry of Finance of Taiwan.
7. Estimated delivery times listed above is for reference only. The actual delivery times may vary depending on factors that are not controlled by Zolima Limited, including but not limited to weather conditions, customs clearance, traffic conditions, etc.
8. Import taxes, VAT or any other taxes related to the destination are not included (except the United States).
- For deliveries to the United States, due to the SF Express courier’s policy and taking into account the current tariff situation for imported goods from China and HKSAR to the United States, collected shipping fees include transportation, potential taxes, customs, tariffs and other charges that might arise at the US customs.

10. If you require other delivery methods that are not listed above, please contact us at info@zolimacitymag.com for further assistance.
11. Should the parcel be withheld or returned by the customs for any reasons at the destination, Zolima Limited will not be responsible for any monetary losses and no refund shall be made.
